About Leyden Properties

Leyden Properties was established in 1996. Over time we moved into the full-time handling of the management of individual properties as well as sectional title complexes.

We have built up extensive experience and knowledge in property management. The feedback from clients bears testament to our professional, efficient, and diligent way of working. Our favourite remark from one of our clients is: “working with Leyden Properties is like driving a Rolls Royce”.

We stay abreast of developments in the rental market, and we stay informed of new rules and laws concerning both rental properties as well as sectional title schemes.

We favour a personal approach in dealing with property owners, tenants, trustees, and other clients. We offer full transparency regarding all financial transactions, administrative and other issues. All queries from our clients are responded to without delay.

Our team consists of full-status property practitioners, who are registered with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA). We are also members of the National Association of Managing Agents (NAMA) and of Real Estate Business Owners of South Africa (REBOSA).
